TERMS & REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS

Every FounderBid placement is a digital product. Your contribution is applied to the board immediately once payment is confirmed, and your ranking, listing and exposure are delivered at that moment. Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes contributions that are later outranked by another founder — being overtaken is the nature of the board and is not grounds for a refund.

By completing checkout you confirm that you request immediate delivery of the digital product and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period where such a waiver is permitted by law.

WHAT YOU GET

Your contribution counts towards your all-time and weekly totals, your position on the public board, your business listing (logo, description and outbound link), and network access. Contributions of $1,000 or more also qualify for a full written article about your business.

RANKINGS

Rankings reflect confirmed payments only. Weekly rankings reset every Sunday at 00:00 UTC. All-time totals never reset. We may remove any listing that is unlawful, misleading, adult, hateful or otherwise harmful, at our sole discretion.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and include any applicable tax. Card details never touch FounderBid servers. Fraudulent or charged-back contributions are reversed on the board.
